This Roll-Around Filler was originally built to fill and weigh boxes of potatoes, however the industrial potential of this machine goes far beyond that. This machine could be used in almost any packaging operation that boxes their products and could help increase package quantity accuracy and improve production packaging times.

• Empty boxes are loaded and moved down the conveyer.
• The Roll-Around Filler senses the boxes over the center cutout and stops the conveyer.
• A weight sensitive actuator holds up the box while it is being filled.
• When the set weight has been reached, the actuator lowers the box back to the conveyer.
• The filled boxes move down the conveyer until the next empty box is sensed and the process continues.

The Roll-Around Filler is fully mobile, rolling on large casters, and fully rigid after the support stands are lowered. It could be used in nearly any location and moved out of the way when not in use!
